RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Return or exchange an item within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the stock availability and proof of purchase (receipt).
For exchange (return within 7 days of purchase) please email us at ([email protected] or call +92-307-7614226 during working days (Monday to Friday) from 10am to 5pm.
Exchange and refund is not offered for international orders.
Washed, used or damaged garments would not be exchanged.
Product purchased on ‘sale’ can only be exchanged in different size, depending on the size availability.
Customer will pay the delivery charges if fault is on customer’s end (e.g: wrong size ordered, want to exchange product or any other issue).
REFUND
Once we receive our item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you within next 10 days through bank transfer or any other feasible means.
SHIPPING
Customer will pay delivery charges if fault is on customer’s end (e.g: wrong size ordered, want to exchange product or any other issue). ‘PIXOLINKS’ will bear delivery charges if fault is from our side (e.g: wrong size or damaged product sent issue). Delivery charges are non-refundable.
